Ingredients
1 package of boneless chicken breasts, sliced thin into strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 package of fajita seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
10 soft tortillas
toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa
Recipe
- Heat up the oil in the cast iron skillet on medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts, all peppers and salt. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is completely cooked through.
- Take the fajita seasoning and water and stir together until combined and then pour it into the skillet.
- Cook until the seasoning mixture is completely absorbed and the peppers are nice and soft.
- Heat up the tortillas and serve with sour cream and cheese.
